Adopt an Artificial tree?
Written by Canadian Garden Centre
These artificial trees have nothing to do with the floral industry variety as we know them. According to Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet, scientists are producing a machine that will look like a filled in football field goal end, which will filter out the CO2 from the air, much like a tree does. According to Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet, scientists are producing a machine that will look like a filled in football field goal end, which will filter out the CO2 from the air, much like a tree does. One artificial tree will have the filtering capacity of 150 trees. It was reported that 250,000 of these artificial trees, strategically placed in the planet’s urban areas, could clear up most of the world’s carbon emissions. Scientists are still working on increasing the filtration capacity. Question: Will they make them small enough to replace those scented car cardboard pine trees?
